A motivation

I have a freind, a very good freind. And yesterday he called and its normal when he called. But yesterday, he sounds demotivated. But, that was actually normal too... And since it is normal, so there come an idea on writing an entry for him. A entry that full of courage, motivation, inspiration and all the positive things that will bring him a new spirit on his so called "loved job".

So, this is for you and i hope each time when u feel urself demoralized because of anything, u can always google to my blog and read this entry. Dont take it wrongly, u can alwiz call me but maybe sometimes i cant be there for you, so this entry will alwiz replace me. Or may be, its boring to listen to my bla bla bla bla bla or so called "leteran", so this entry will be a very short, precise and straight to the point but will've full of inspiration.

I alwiz told you, "u r the best in the making". And don't ever forget that, because that was the key of your success. Why??? Because that was a long journey on making the best in this world. And along the way, u'll faced alots of thing, sometimes there is joy and happines but almost of the time u'll fall down and u've to get up. Why?? Because u r on the way to be the best among the best. Nothing goes easy along that way. And please, dont take to long to get up, otherwise others will left u behind..

U alwiz make a comparison to others, which is good, but please dont do it if it'll give you a negative impact. Why??? Because u r already good and of course everybody are better when u start looking at them but not at  urself. So, start looking at urself, find ur own quality, improve n polish it till u feel urself better than others.Remember this, everyone have their own quality but not everyone know how to polish it. Or u r one of them???

Last but not least. Dont let others bully u okkkk!!! Dont just follow whatever they asked u to do. (But please do it, if he is ur boss, because boss is alwiz right.. Hahahaha...). Do it, if its really make sense, but some time u r too honest, too polite (which is not u.. hehehehe) until everybody take advantage on you. U r big enuf to think watever is actually right and wrong. So please think. before do any action. But you, alwiz make an action first then think last..

This will be the last. Bro, believe me on this. U may be learn a lots of thing in a hard way. And thats mean, u'll face alots of trouble, u'll fall down alots of time, u'll cry until u cant count how many it is. But, put this in ur mind, only THE BEST will know the taste of  THE SUCCESS which come with their own EFFORT.

Foot note : I LOVE VICTORY, but along the way, only ALLAH knows how it feels. So start rewarding urself even it is just an achievement on finishing ur daily task. And after that u can say " I LOVE MY JOB". Why??? Oh, come on la, u must love ur job, if not where come the money to buy the reward for your urself??
